As a litigation attorney with more than 20 years of experience, Bill fights vehemently for justice for his clients. From an early age, Bill has always been interested in helping others. He took that vision and found his passion as a personal injury attorney, providing his clients with focused, compassionate, and individualized representation. Bill works diligently and faithfully to bring each case to a quick and fair resolution whenever possible, but he is also willing to go the distance, and when needed, take a case to trial with his clients.
Bill was born and raised in the beautiful Lowcountry of South Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Arts with a Political Science degree from the College of Charleston and his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.
A favorite memory for Bill is when he fulfilled a life-long dream and moved to Italy for three months. While there, he immersed himself in the culture, history, and geographical beauty of the country. Whether traveling internationally, solving problems for his clients, or relaxing on the weekends, he is guided by the inspiring words of Gandhi, “I will never let anyone walk through my mind with their dirty feet.”
Bill is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, where he previously served as a Co-Chairman of the New Lawyers Section. Bill was also a founding member and past treasurer of the Executive Committee of the LGBT Caucus of the American Association for Justice. He lives in Atlanta with his rescue dog, Happy.
