Margaret Grenleski, Esq. is a compassionate and dedicated personal injury attorney who has spent more than a decade helping injured clients navigate the legal system and move forward with their lives. Licensed to practice law in Georgia since 2011, she is admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Since joining Montlick in 2011, Margaret has dedicated her legal career to personal injury law, handling a wide range of personal injury matters with the same level of care, preparation, and persistence she brings to every case. She is a skilled negotiator with particular strength in dealing directly with insurance companies, bringing a keen eye for complex liability issues and a commitment to advocating diligently for every client she represents. Margaret takes the time to understand each client’s experience and uses that insight to build cases strategically, working to make sure every detail strengthens her clients’ position. Her proactive, organized approach keeps cases moving efficiently, while her patience and perseverance help clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
Before earning her J.D. from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta in 2010, Margaret worked as a licensed professional counselor, providing support to individuals and families through both private practice and nonprofit organizations. That experience gave her a deeper understanding of how injuries affect clients beyond the physical, including emotionally, psychologically, and financially, and shapes the way she builds cases and connects with the people she represents. At John Marshall, she further deepened that foundation through a legal internship with Atlanta Legal Aid’s Mental Health and Disabilities Unit, an experience that reinforced her resolve to stand up for those who need it most.
Margaret also holds a master’s degree in psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology and a bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University, bringing an academic foundation in human behavior and communication that shapes her approach to client advocacy every day.
A Georgia native, Margaret grew up in East Cobb and now lives in Roswell with her husband and their two dogs. Passionate about animal welfare, she volunteers with local rescue organizations, tends a home garden of more than one hundred plants, and enjoys spending time outdoors at local river parks. Her commitment to compassion, service, and perseverance remains central to the way she approaches her work and the clients she serves.
