Nikki Montlick’s legal journey is not just a career—it’s a calling. Growing up watching her father, Founder David Montlick, and his unwavering dedication to public service, Nikki developed this same passion for helping others. From a young age she learned the importance of giving back, and realized the best path was to follow in her father’s footsteps and to pursue a legal career.

Nikki’s practice of law is influenced by a set of core values, including integrity, transparency, social responsibility, and exceptional client service. This includes ensuring that all clients receive compassionate representation and have easy access to their attorney.

Nikki has diligently climbed the ranks, assuming roles in communications, operations, and marketing, as well as working as a legal assistant and law clerk before becoming an attorney. She played a key role in the development and production of Montlick Injury Attorney’s Podcast and Radio Show, “Lawyers in the House® with Montlick” on WSB Radio, which educates people about their valuable legal rights and the steps that need to be taken to protect those rights. Through these positions, Nikki was actively involved in every facet of the firm’s operations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the practice of personal injury law and the business of law.

Nikki is driven by her personal passion to ensure essential legal information and tools are accessible to the public, and to leverage her expertise and resources for the benefit of others. Nikki has been featured as a guest on News Anchor Legend Monica Pearson’s program “Leading Ladies.” She is also an advocate for increasing consumer awareness about safe, chemical-free products, particularly in the beauty and personal care industry.

Nikki is admitted to practice law in Georgia and is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA). She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami Miller School of Law. Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Miami. She was part of the dual degree law program, completing her undergraduate studies in just three years before advancing to law school.
