Mark Anthony Molina, Esq.

Mark Molina, Managing Attorney at Montlick Injury Attorneys, is a skilled personal injury attorney with more than three decades of litigation experience. Practicing law since 1993, he is admitted to practice in Georgia and New York and has represented clients on both sides of personal injury litigation. Since joining Montlick in 2019, he has continued to represent clients in complex personal injury matters while supporting the firm’s litigation practice and mentoring fellow attorneys.

A graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Mark began his legal career at Legal Aid in the Bronx, where he handled misdemeanor and felony criminal matters and gained extensive trial experience. He then transitioned into private practice followed by corporate law, spending over ten years in insurance defense for four major insurance carriers, where he learned how insurers evaluate claims, defend cases, and decide how to value a claim. Today, he uses that insider knowledge to anticipate how insurers may approach a claim and to better position the cases he handles for his injured clients.

A tough negotiator, Mark works to resolve claims fairly with insurance companies, and when an insurer refuses to value a claim appropriately, he is fully prepared to move the case forward into litigation. Over the course of his career, he has tried dozens of civil jury trials to verdict in New York and Georgia. His varied background has sharpened his ability to analyze complicated legal issues, weigh evidence from every angle, and anticipate the arguments the other side will make.
Through discovery and depositions, Mark strengthens his clients’ cases while exposing the weaknesses in the opposing side’s position. He brings that same rigor to overseeing and guiding the firm’s attorneys as they litigate their own cases.

Born and raised in the South Bronx, New York, he attended Aviation High School in Long Island City, Queens. He then enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, completing his service as a reservist at Fort Schuyler in the Bronx before his honorable discharge in 1989. The discipline and work ethic he developed in the Marine Corps still shape how he approaches his cases today.

Fluent in Spanish, Mark guides Spanish-speaking clients through the legal process and explains the issues affecting their case in the language they are most comfortable with.

Mark has called Marietta home since 2007. Outside the office, he treasures time with his wife and their three adult children. An avid motorcyclist, Mark knows both the freedom of the open road and the risks riders face every day.
