Diana Di Marco, personal injury attorney at Montlick Injury Attorneys
Attorneys

Diana Di Marco, Esq.

The strongest attorney-client relationships are built on trust, and communication is at the center of that trust.

Diana S. Di Marco is a personal injury attorney whose background in both the insurance defense and plaintiff litigation gives her a broad perspective on how personal injury claims are evaluated, developed, and resolved. Licensed in Georgia since 2021, she joined Montlick in 2026, where she represents clients in a wide range of personal injury matters. A native Spanish speaker, Diana also represents Spanish-speaking clients and families in the language in which they are most comfortable.

Before joining Montlick, Diana began her career in insurance defense, first as a law clerk and then as an associate attorney at an Atlanta insurance-defense firm, before moving to represent injured plaintiffs. In her work, she handles cases through every stage of the legal process, assessing liability and damages, negotiating with insurers, and preparing for litigation when a claim does not resolve. Her defense background gives her insight into how insurers value and contest claims, allowing her to anticipate arguments, identify pressure points, and position her clients’ cases strategically. Diana believes effective representation requires both strong legal advocacy and genuine communication with the client. While she enjoys the strategic and problem-solving aspects of litigation, what she finds most rewarding is knowing that her work directly impacts someone’s life.

A central part of Diana’s practice is her work with Spanish-speaking clients and families. A native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Diana grew up speaking Spanish as her first language. For Diana, speaking directly with a client in Spanish goes beyond translating legal terminology. She understands the comfort and trust that can come from being able to communicate in the language in which someone feels most at ease, and how culture and background can shape the way a client raises concerns, asks questions, and approaches the legal process. Diana believes language should never be a barrier to clients understanding their rights, participating fully in their case, or feeling that their attorney truly understands where they are coming from.

Diana’s interest in personal injury law was reinforced by an experience within her own family. While she was in law school, her uncle was seriously injured when a vehicle struck him head-on while he was riding his bicycle. With the guidance of a caring and experienced personal injury attorney, her family was able to navigate that life-changing event. Seeing the difference a knowledgeable advocate could make during such an uncertain time stayed with Diana and strengthened her desire to help people facing serious injuries of their own.

Before law school, Diana developed many of the qualities she now brings to her practice through competitive tennis. She began homeschooling in seventh grade so she could compete at a high level in junior tennis and later earned a full athletic scholarship to play NCAA Division II tennis at Young Harris College. Her legal training began early as well. During college and her first two years of law school, she worked as a law clerk for an Atlanta attorney on criminal and personal injury matters. She also completed a semester-long internship with UGA Law’s Community Health Law Partnership Clinic, working on immigration matters. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2020.

Diana moved to Georgia with her family in 2002 and grew up in Alpharetta. She now lives in Loganville with her husband. Proud of both her Argentine heritage and her Georgia roots, she credits growing up between two cultures with giving her an appreciation for different perspectives and experiences.

Outside the office, Diana enjoys traveling, dancing, trying different cuisines, and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband share their home with a lively group of “fur children,” including a Yorkie named Luna, and a flock of chickens, several of whom have become named pets. Tennis remains an important influence in her life and continues to shape the determination and discipline she brings to her work.
