At Montlick & Associates, we give every case the personal attention it deserves. We have the knowledge, experience and resources to maximize the value of your case. We'll work extremely hard, with integrity, to get you all the compensation and benefits you deserve. Areas Served
We only represent injured people and their families. We NEVER represent insurance companies, government organizations or corporations. We limit our practice to personal injury and workers compensation law because we believe we can do the best job possible by concentrating in one main area of the law.
Our firm has the knowledge, experience, resources, and technology needed to successfully represent clients in a wide variety of injury cases. We are organized into small, dedicated teams to enable us to give your case very focused attention.
Since 1984, we have successfully handled thousands of cases for injured people by getting them the compensation and benefits they deserve. We work extremely hard for our clients and do what it takes to get the job done. Our 35 attorneys and 100 staff members work together as a team towards a common goal: providing our clients with the highest quality service possible. We are committed to achieving the best results we can for each and every client.
Our attorneys and staff understand the importance of paying attention to details; that it is the details of a case that make the difference between winning and losing. We get referrals from satisfied clients because they know we are a firm where every person and every case gets the personal attention they deserve.
Our Chief Executive Officer, David R. Montlick founded the firm back in 1984 with two very specific goals in mind: 1) to create the most service-oriented personal injury law firm in Georgia, and 2) to use that success to give back to the community in a meaningful way. Mr. Montlick's vision and leadership over the past 35 years has elevated Montlick & Associates to one of the best known and most well respected law firms in the Southeast.
"Great people are the key to rendering exceptional service. We are fortunate to have a lot of really great people who care so much about our clients, and whom I have had the privilege of working with for so many years." - David R. Montlick, Founder & CEO
Under Mr. Montlick's leadership, Montlick & Associates was structured and managed in a way that would help assure that the typical complaints that clients have about their lawyers would not occur. For example, the allocation of work between attorneys and support staff is structured so that attorneys are more closely involved and in touch with clients than is the case with many firms.
Our mission and our promise is to operate at all times with honesty, integrity, high moral character and unquestionable ethics. Each of our team members takes pride in this, as well as our commitment to provide exceptional service with personal attention. It is these values in which the firm was built upon.
"I have dedicated my career to helping injured people. Our team of professionals works to relieve the stress of dealing with an accident, so that our clients can concentrate on getting well."
- Alan Saltzman, Senior Managing Attorney
Through on-going recruitment efforts, our management team searches extensively for people who they believe share the firm's values about what constitutes good service and who will have a genuine concern for each client.
Our team members are not only trained in technical matters but they also receive training on the firm's service standards. As Mr. Montlick indicates, "We want to serve every client with such a level of responsiveness that he or she will feel like they are our only client." That's who we are and what we've done for over 35 years. This is our promise to you too.
"We are here for people when they need it the most, and that is what makes our work so rewarding. My ten years as a nurse prior to becoming a lawyer has been a big plus when it comes to understanding the difficulties that injuries cause our clients." - Kathy Edwards- Opperman, Managing Attorney
