He is most passionate about helping others and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives after an accident. He understands the hardships that come after serious injuries, and gladly takes on the nuances and complexities of the legal process, so his clients can focus on getting well. He is currently licensed to practice law in New York and Georgia.
Richard attended City University of New York, where he received his undergraduate degree. Later he earned his Juris Doctor at the prestigious Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. In addition to these degrees, Richard is also a Certified Public Accountant, and received the New York State Society of CPA’s Award of Honor for his outstanding achievements in accounting.
Richard was born in the United Kingdom but grew up in New York City. He currently lives in Atlanta, where he enjoys giving back to the community by coaching youth sports. When not at work or out in the community, Richard loves being at home. He’s a family man who enjoys spending quality time with his wife, children and grandchildren, and also Tango, the Warner’s well-loved family pet.
