Michael N. Rubin

Michael Rubin has been practicing law at Montlick for over 20 years.

His passion to help victims came from his grandfather, whom he looked up to. His grandfather was an attorney for over 50 years, and Michael decided to follow in his footsteps to give people compassionate legal representation during difficult times. Having won total settlements in excess of $60,000,000, with some of his cases exceeding one million dollars, Michael is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

With 20 years’ experience successfully litigating highly complex legal issues in the State of Georgia, Michael knows that hard work and compassion are pre-requisites for success and getting clients the money and benefits they deserve. For Michael, the priority has always been the health and well-being of his clients. His clients appreciate his ability to explain complicated legal issues in plain English, and for always fighting hard and never giving up.

When not litigating or working on client cases, Michael mentors young and aspiring attorneys. He is a regular guest speaker at Georgia State University College of Law where he talks with first-year law students about ethics and professionalism. He also gives back to the community as a regular volunteer at the Atlanta Food Bank, and also at the Jewish Community Center where he serves as a coach to their youth basketball and soccer teams.

A graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice, Michael earned his Juris Doctor degree from New England Law – Boston.

In his free time, Michael enjoys spending precious family time with his wife and three children. He stays active through a variety of outdoor activities including tennis, biking, running, skiing, and swimming. He is also an avid Maryland Terrapin fan.
