Jason Saltzman

I always wanted to represent individuals–never corporations

As a young man, Jason Saltzman could not have asked for a better mentor.

He grew up watching his father tirelessly work to help people rebuild their lives after a tragedy. The mentoring paid off. Jason developed his passion for representing injured people in 2007, when he began working for Montlick as a legal assistant during his summers while home from college. In 2012, Jason became an attorney for the firm, and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients, including six and seven-figure results.

Jason’s colleagues describe him as both professional and approachable – an aggressive attorney with a very kind heart. His clients know him to be trustworthy and compassionate and also appreciate his ability to translate complex legal concepts into understandable terms.

Jason graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School. He is a regular participant and speaker at the Fulton County Superior Court Annual Law Day and volunteers to educate teens and parents on safe driving habits at the Safe Teen Driver Academy sponsored by Montlick. Jason is also a longstanding member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He was recognized in 2022 and 2023 by Super Lawyers® as a Rising Star, a designation given to 2.5% or less of attorneys per state. Additionally, Jason was selected in 2021 and 2022 as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer in Georgia by National Trial Lawyers, a professional organization in which membership is extended solely to a select few of attorneys from each state who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, statute and public profile. His favorite quote is from Gandhi: “You must be the change you want to see in the world.”

Jason enjoys barbecuing, hiking and being outdoors with his family. He currently resides in the same town where he grew up, Marietta, Georgia, with his wife, two young children, and the family’s chihuahua/pug mix, Stevie.
