Licensed to practice law in Georgia, New York, and Colorado, Enrique is admitted in all Georgia state courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. Since beginning his legal career in 2012, Enrique has built a reputation for strategic case analysis and a consistent commitment to securing justice for injured clients.

Since joining Montlick in 2019, Enrique has focused exclusively on personal injury matters, bringing dedicated advocacy and a strong commitment to the clients he serves. He is especially passionate about protecting the rights of individuals who find themselves at a disadvantage when facing large corporations and insurance carriers. Enrique is skilled at navigating complex claims processes and guiding clients through systems that can feel overwhelming after an injury, helping them pursue the compensation and benefits they need to move forward. His extensive litigation experience enhances his ability to negotiate fair resolutions and to prepare cases for litigation when an insurer does not offer a fair resolution. Before joining Montlick, Enrique gained substantial experience representing clients in Georgia’s state and federal courts, where he handled motions, hearings, mediations, and trials across a wide range of civil matters. Early in his career, he realized he was most fulfilled when advocating for individuals rather than corporate interests. By 2014, he committed his practice exclusively to personal injury litigation, managing cases from inception through trial. His experience navigating each stage of a case and advocating before judges and juries provides him with a comprehensive command of the litigation process and a strategic advantage when representing injured clients.

Inspired by his father, a physician, Enrique has dedicated himself to the legal profession for the higher purpose of helping others. Determined to make a meaningful difference in his own community, he channeled that passion into the practice of law. Today, Enrique continues that mission by providing steady guidance and fierce advocacy to clients who depend on him.

His skill and dedication have earned recognition from Super Lawyers, which named him to the Georgia Rising Stars list each year from 2022 to 2026, an honor awarded to a small percentage of attorneys who demonstrate excellence early in their careers. Enrique earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2012, where he was a member of the ICC Moot Court Team and gained advanced training in advocacy and appellate strategy. During law school, he served as a legal extern with the Georgia House Democratic Caucus, analyzing and summarizing proposed legislation affecting residents statewide, and as an investigative intern with the DeKalb County Solicitor-General’s Office.

Born in New Jersey and raised in South Georgia, Enrique has called metro Atlanta home since 2011 and now lives in East Atlanta. Outside the office, he enjoys cooking, staying active, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. He can often be found at sporting events or enjoying Atlanta’s many summer festivals. Guided by hard work, preparation, and a commitment to community, Enrique considers it a privilege to help injured people rebuild their lives and fight for the justice they deserve.
