Ben Copeland is a highly talented attorney who has been handling workers’ compensation and personal injury cases since 2008. In 2018, Ben received the Super Lawyer, Rising Star Award for professional achievement and high recognition by his peers.
Ben was drawn to injury law because he felt he could make a meaningful difference in people’s lives after an accident. After seeing people’s lives harshly impacted by serious injuries, Ben made it his goal to help clients get the money and benefits they deserve, while personally assisting them through a very challenging time.
Ben’s clients appreciate that he conducts himself in a caring, even-tempered, and principled manner. He’s a hard worker who loves to go the extra mile for his clients, to ensure they are in the best position to succeed.
Ben received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University, where he was awarded the prestigious CALI Award for Legal Research. Prior to law school, he attended the University of Alabama, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Public Administration.
Today, when he is not practicing law, Ben enjoys spending quality time with his family and being a dedicated and loving father to his one child.
