Nikki Montlick, Esq.

President, Montlick Injury Attorneys

Educating, empowering, and protecting people is a responsibility that extends far beyond any single case.

Nikki Montlick is the President of Montlick Injury Attorneys and a dedicated personal injury attorney whose leadership reflects a commitment to integrity, compassion, public service, and client care. Admitted to practice law in Georgia, Nikki brings a comprehensive understanding of a client’s journey through the intricacies and challenges of a personal injury case. As President, she guides the firm’s vision, strengthens its culture, and helps ensure that Montlick’s client-first values are reflected in the firm’s work.

Nikki’s legal journey is more than a career; it’s a calling. Growing up watching her father, firm founder David Montlick, and his unwavering dedication to public service, Nikki developed the same passion for helping others. From a young age, she learned the importance of giving back and realized the best path for her was to follow in her father’s footsteps and pursue a legal career.

Starting in the mailroom as a teen, Nikki gained hands-on experience across multiple facets of the firm. She worked in communications, intake, operations, and marketing, and served as a legal assistant and law clerk, giving her insight into the client experience throughout a personal injury case. This broad exposure to the client experience, from intake through case conclusion, has given Nikki a rare perspective of how thoughtful communication can ease uncertainty for injured individuals during vulnerable times.

As President, Nikki oversees firm operations and supports initiatives focused on client experience and public legal education. She brings a forward-thinking perspective to reinforce a firm culture centered on compassionate representation and meaningful access to legal guidance and client education. She understands the real-world challenges injured individuals face and recognizes that a personal injury case can profoundly impact a person’s life, from medical care and financial stability to family responsibilities and emotional well-being.

What matters most to Nikki is fairness – helping injured people avoid feeling overwhelmed or taken advantage of during vulnerable moments. She views personal injury law as a way to support clients as they work to regain dignity, stability, and hope. Nikki cares deeply about fostering an environment where clients are listened to, taken seriously, and supported throughout the legal process. Nikki values the firm’s collaborative culture, and she works closely with the firm’s attorneys and staff to foster and uphold those principles.

Nikki is also driven by a passion to make legal knowledge more accessible to the public. She views education as a powerful form of advocacy that empowers individuals to make informed decisions and seek help when they need it most. Nikki is deeply involved in Montlick’s public education efforts, including playing a key role in the development and production of Lawyers in the House® with Montlick on WSB Radio, which focuses on educating the public about legal rights, injury prevention, and steps individuals can take to protect themselves and their families.

Through this work, Nikki has been featured as a guest on news anchor Monica Pearson’s program Leading Ladies and remains an advocate for consumer awareness, transparency, and informed decision-making particularly regarding the safety of products in the health, beauty, and personal care industry.

Nikki earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law after completing her Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Miami through the dual-degree law program. By completing her undergraduate studies in three years before advancing to law school, she demonstrated a level of discipline and perseverance that reflect the values instilled in her early on that continue to shape her professional path.

Living and working in Atlanta, Nikki is committed to investing in the future of local communities through firm-led scholarship initiatives, youth-focused programs, and community partnerships that expand access to higher education and long-term opportunity. Guided by integrity, justice, and service, Nikki upholds the standards that make Montlick Injury Attorneys a firm clients trust and rely on for principled, compassionate representation.
