Jennifer Fleming, Esq.

Jennifer Fleming is a highly accomplished personal injury and litigation attorney who has been practicing law since 2007 and is licensed in Georgia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. She is known for her strong litigation skills and her dedication to guiding clients through some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

Jennifer began her legal career in a judicial clerkship giving her firsthand insight into how cases are analyzed and resolved within the court system. She later transitioned into personal injury litigation, where she handled complex matters and developed the litigator’s eye that now defines her work. These experiences shaped her approach today, grounded in disciplined preparation, precise case evaluation, and a commitment to preparing each case for successful resolution.

Since joining Montlick in 2013, Jennifer has continued her work as a dedicated advocate for injured clients. She loves working at the firm with its high standard of ethics and with colleagues who are caring and empathetic. She approaches every case with compassion and precision, taking the time to understand how an injury has disrupted a client’s life and what is needed to help them move forward.
Jennifer’s commitment to her clients and the strength of her advocacy have earned national recognition. She has been named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Attorneys, is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and has received numerous honors throughout her career, including recognition as one of the “Top 10 Best Attorneys” by the American Institute of Legal Counsel three consecutive years, a “Top 10 Personal Injury Attorney for Georgia” by Attorney and Practice Magazine, and a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers.

Jennifer finds it especially meaningful when former clients return to her with new legal needs or refer friends and family members. She hopes they never need her again, but when they do or when they send someone they care about, she is deeply grateful for their trust. Her favorite part of being an attorney is sitting down face-to-face with clients at the end of their case, sharing in their joy, and seeing the rewards of our judicial system at work.

Before moving to Atlanta, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Delaware, with concentrations in Public Law, and was an active member of Alpha Epsilon Phi Sorority and Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. She later earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law before moving to New Jersey to complete her judicial clerkship.

Jennifer has called Georgia home since 2013 and is passionate about helping those with housing insecurity and others most in need. She also served on the Young Professionals Advisory Committee (YPAC) for the Atlanta Children’s Shelter from 2018 to 2022. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, golfing, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
