Alyssa White, Esq., has been practicing law since 2011, earning a reputation as a skilled advocate dedicated to protecting the rights of injured clients. She is licensed in Georgia and Illinois and brings more than a decade of experience to her work as a personal injury attorney at Montlick.
After graduating from Liberty University School of Law, Alyssa began her legal career handling workers’ compensation and bankruptcy matters, gaining experience that broadened her understanding of clients’ financial and personal challenges before dedicating her career fully to personal injury law.
Since joining Montlick in 2013, Alyssa has combined efficiency and compassion with strong legal advocacy on behalf of her clients. She is known for her clear communication, offering straightforward explanations and a defined course of action so clients always understand the steps she is taking on their behalf and what to expect along the way. Over the past decade, Alyssa has represented individuals in a wide range of personal injury matters, including serious injury claims, wrongful death cases, and complex liability disputes. Through her advocacy and deep understanding of the complexities of the legal system, Alyssa has helped clients secure resolutions that provided access to medical treatment, financial stability, and peace of mind. While every case depends on its own set of circumstances, Alyssa’s commitment to her clients never wavers and she remains focused on guiding them with compassion, protecting their rights, and pursuing justice on their behalf.
Alyssa’s professional achievements have been recognized nationally and by her peers. She was named a Top 40 Under 40 Attorney by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers and has been honored as a member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum—distinctions reserved for attorneys who have achieved significant results in complex cases. These honors reflect the strong advocacy and outcomes she delivers on behalf of her clients.
What Alyssa finds most meaningful however, is not the accolades, but the trust of her clients. Many return to her with new legal needs or refer their friends and family, a reflection of the lasting relationships she builds through her advocacy. For Alyssa, every referral and thank-you is a reminder of why she chose this profession—and her true measure of success. She knows that while she makes a difference in her clients’ lives, those relationships are equally impactful for her, deepening the purpose and commitment she brings to her practice.
After being in a rear-end collision herself in 2019, Alyssa knows first-hand the many challenges that injured individuals face. She understands the emotional, physical, and financial burdens clients carry, and she gladly takes on those challenges, ensuring her clients feel heard, valued and fought for in their recovery journey.
Growing up in Southern Indiana, Alyssa committed to working hard and fighting for others at an early age. While in college at Milligan University, she demonstrated her determination, drive, and teamwork as a member of the Lady Buffaloes volleyball team, gaining experience that continues to influence her collaborative approach as an attorney today.
A Georgia resident for more than 10 years, Alyssa has built her career and family life here while also giving back through mentoring young women, staying active in her local schools and church, and volunteering with Atlanta Lab Rescue, where she helped transport dogs to safe homes. Alyssa even adopted Pappy, a black Labrador and Atlanta Lab Rescue alum, who has become her loyal running companion. Outside of work, she loves traveling, staying active, and reading books that inspire new adventures, while treasuring time with her husband and children.
This blend of personal dedication, leadership, and meaningful involvement in Georgia communities reflects the same compassion and impactful advocacy that Alyssa brings to her clients at Montlick.
