Two Injured in a Serious Motor Vehicle Accident in Seneca, South Carolina
Seneca, South Carolina – a news report published on foxcarolina.com states that two people were taken to a local area hospital for treatment of accident-related injuries following a motor vehicle accident last Friday morning. According to the Seneca police chief Casey Bowlen, the motor vehicle occurred at approximately 7:30 in the morning at the intersection of Highway 130 and Highway 123.
According to Chief Bowling, an officer was also involved in the accident. The news report states that additional details about the motor vehicle collision were not released. However, the other motor vehicle driver and the officer were both transported to Press my hospital in Greenville, South Carolina. Chief Bowling stated that the officer was soon released after they receive treatment for their injuries. He stated that no other information about the other driver or their injuries had been reported.
The South Carolina highway patrol is currently investigating the motor vehicle accident. Chief Bowling thanks the Seneca Fire Department and the Oconee County Sheriff's Office for their help in the severe accident. No names of those involved in the accident were released to the public. The accident is currently under investigation. All eyewitnesses of the accident are encouraged to contact the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
