Fatal Car Accident in Barnwell County, South Carolina (SC)

AUGUSTA, GA - A news article posted on wjbf.com reported that an auto accident in Barnwell County, South Carolina, tragically killed one person in Barnwell County, South Carolina.*  

The South Carolina Highway Patrol stated that the fatal auto accident occurred on Fellowship Road at around 11 o'clock.

A Toyota Avalon driver was heading westbound and, for some unknown reason, ran off the roadway.  The vehicle moved off onto the right shoulder of the road and then crashed into a ditch.  The passenger tragically died in the accident, while the driver of the car was transported to a local hospital.  

No names were released to the public.  The accident investigation is ongoing.
