Tragic, Fatal Accident on Old Elloree Road in Orangeburg, South Carolina (SC)

According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at around 3:10 a.m. on Old Elloree Road at Herman Drive and three miles east of Orangeburg, South Carolina.
South Carolina Highway Patrol troopers state that the driver of a Mitsubishi Eclipse was heading northbound along Old Elloree Road, lost control, and collided with a covert. The car collided with a utility pole, and the car was airborne before landing on its roof.
South Carolina Highway Patrol stated that the driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was partially ejected from the accident's motor vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
