Two-Vehicle accident slows traffic on Sand Ridge Road in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
According to an online news report published on wbtw.com, Horry County Fire and Rescue closed down Sand Ridge Road following a motor vehicle accident that involved two-motor vehicles on Sunday morning.*
The severe accident took place at approximately 8:26 a.m. One of the motor vehicles involved in the accident lost control and went down into the woods, and the other vehicle crashed into a Horry County Police Department sign.
South Carolina Highway Patrol responded to the motor vehicle accident, and the accident is under investigation. The accident news report did not contribute any information as to the extent of the injuries the motorist received. The South Carolina Highway Patrol continues to investigate the accident. It is not known if any criminal charges have been filed.
