Car and Light Rail Train Collide in Charlotte, North Carolina

CHARLOTTE, NC - A news article on wcnc.com reports that one person was tragically killed in an accident involving a light rail train in Charlotte, North Carolina.*

The tragic, fatal motor vehicle collision with the train occurred at the intersection of South Boulevard and East Hebron.  One person was hurt, whicle another person was tragically pronounced deceased at the accident scene, according to MEDIC.

No further information about the accident and those involved has been released.  The fatal motor vehicle accident is currently under investigation by law enforcement.
