Traffic Accident on I-75SB in Bartow County Seriously Injures Six People
BARTOW COUNTY, GA - A news story posted on cbs46.com reports that six people were seriously injured and transported to a local area hospital in Marietta after a severe accident on Saturday afternoon.* The motor vehicle accident that happened along Interstate-75 southbound by Highway 92 and near Bartow County blocked several lanes of traffic.
According to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office, who assisted in the interstate accident, the motor vehicle accident investigation was turned over to the Georgia State Patrol (GSP).
The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office spokesperson stated that none of those injured are expected to survive, and their injuries are not life-threatening. The accident is currently under investigation. No additional information was provided.
