Man Tragically Dies in a Motor Vehicle Accident on Highway 17 in Bolivia, North Carolina (NC)
BOLIVIA, NC - A news story published on wwaytv3.com reports that a man was tragically killed in a severe motor vehicle that backed up traffic for miles along Highway 17 about two miles south of Bolivia, North Carolina.* The fatal accident happened at around 1 PM.
The North Carolina Highway Patrol stated the victim, a man from Southport, was heading southbound along Highway 17 when his truck, for an unknown reason, left the roadway to the right and then crashed into a tree. The truck caught on fire shortly after the collision.
