Fatal, Head-on Collision in Rock Hill, South Carolina (SC)
ROCK HILL, SC - According to an accident report on wbtv.com, one person was tragically killed in a wrong-way head-on crash outside of Rock Hill, South Carolina.*
South Carolina Highway Patrol announced the motor vehicle accident took place at around 2:15 in the morning. The location of the accident was on Interstate 77 at exit 72.
Law enforcement officers maintain that a Ford F-150 was moving southbound in the northbound lane and then collided with a freightliner head-on. According to the report, the Ford F-150 driver was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident and he was thrown from his pickup truck.
The fatal head-on collision is still under investigation.
