Tragic, Fatal Accident on Interstate 295 in Fayetteville, North Carolina (NC)
FAYETTEVILLE, NC - According to an accident news story on cbs17.com, a man was tragically killed in an accident in Fayetteville, North Carlina. Police officers stated that the man was thrown from the vehicle during the crash, and his motor vehicle was cut into two.*
The Fayetteville police officers responded to the accident at around 4:45 in the morning, and the crash occurred at an off-ramp intersection of Interstate 295 and Raeford Road. Once the police arrived at the accident scene, police officers found a Buick LaCrosse crashed into a concrete embankment, and the motor vehicle was torn in two.
The motor vehicle driver, a 31-year-old man from Fayetteville, North Carolina, was expelled from the vehicle, and he was tragically pronounced dead at the accident scene. Interstate-295 between Raeford and Cliffdale was closed until around 11:45 a.m.
