According to police, the motor vehicle accident occurred just before 5 in the morning at a train overpass located on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The victim, a 54-year-old woman was operating a 2013 Chrysler. The woman was tragically pronounced deceased at the scene of the accident.
The other victim, 15-year-old girl, was riding in the car with the 54-year-old woman. The teenager was transported to the hospital, but tragically died due to the severity of her personal injuries.
