The "Be Seen!" campaign is designed to remind pedestrians how to "Be Seen!" by drivers in hopes of reducing pedestrian accidents in the community. The campaign's format provides helpful tips that pedestrians can use to minimize their risk of sustaining an accident while walking, running, and biking.
The campaign's first tip advises pedestrians to use marked crosswalks at intersections or when present.
