The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) states that there is an increased risk of injuries from household products and activities at this time and that families should be working to limit those risks.*

Of course, it is important to avoid any incident that can lead to a family member requiring emergency medical treatment because many emergency rooms are busy handling the surge of ill patients.  The work-from-home and home school arrangement means that parents are often preoccupied and may not be keeping track of the many potential risks in their houses.
