December 14, 2012

Georgia Accident Attorneys Montlick & Associates is proud to award Travis Marshall, Chattahoochee High School Quarterback, as the "2012 Montlick & Associates' Athlete of the Year!" We commend Travis for his performance both on the football field and in the classroom, as well as his commitment to serve our country in the future. We wish Travis all the best as he continues his football career at the collegiate level at the US Naval Academy.

In honor of Travis and his achievement as the 2012 Athlete of the Year, Montlick & Associates donated $5000 to Chattahoochee High School. "We hope this donation will allow the faculty and staff at Chattahoochee High School to continue their efforts in providing an academic environment in which students can prosper and achieve their potential," says Founder and CEO David Montlick.

The Montlick & Associates' "Athlete of the Year" is part of a season long partnership with WSB-TV Channel 2. During the regular 2012 football season, Montlick & Associates and WSB-TV Channel 2 partnered to recognize student athletes who excel both on and off the field in the Montlick & Associates' Athlete of the Week. At the end of the season, the public voted online for the athlete they believed was most deserving of the top honor. The three Athletes of the Week that received the highest number of votes were named Finalists, and then the WSB-TV Sports Team selected the Montlick & Associates' Athlete of the Year.

We want to congratulate all the athletes on their achievements this football season! Watch the weekly Sports Zone Segments to see all 11 athletes and their amazing accomplishments by visiting montlick.com/athletes2012. You can also watch the news segment on Travis Marshall below.
