Multiple Vehicle Crashes Occur in Span of Days in Flagler County, Florida

FLAGLER COUNTY, FL. – According to an online news report posted at, multiple vehicle crashes occurred in Flagler County, Florida, in the span of several days. During five days, crashes closed roadways in the county and caused traffic delays. Sparse information about each accident was included in the news report.*

The first accident happened at the intersection of State Street and East Moody Boulevard. The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office reported the crash, but no information was provided regarding the number of vehicles involved or the type of accident that occurred. The collision resulted in a closure of State Street, starting at State Road 11. 

The following day, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office responded to another accident, this one occurring at Palm Coast Parkway and Interstate 95. It is not clear how many vehicles were involved in this accident or whether anyone was injured. Traffic was backed up as a result. 

On the same day as this accident, another wreck occurred in the county. Authorities responded to this crash on the southbound side of I-95 by mile marker 283. One vehicle reportedly ran off the roadway and into the woods off of the shoulder. No other details about the accident were reported. 

Two days later, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to another crash on southbound U.S. Highway 1 in the 3300 block. The wreck reportedly involved two trucks, though the makes and models were not provided. It is unclear if anyone was injured. 

The next day, two different accidents occurred in the county. The first happened at Belle Terre Parkway and Parkview Drive. Injuries were reported following the accident, but no other information was provided. The second accident happened on Florida Park Drive and involved two vehicles. The vehicles were not described, and it is not clear if injuries were sustained.
