Surveillance Footage Captures Tractor Trailer Slamming into Alabama Daycare Center
TARRANT, AL – According to WSFA 12 NBC News, a tractor trailer crashed into a daycare center after being involved in a seven-vehicle accident.*
On the morning of April 9, 2019, a seven-vehicle accident outside of the Precious Seeds Learning Center at the Mustard Seed Faith Cathedral caused a tractor trailer to crash into the sanctuary of the learning center and church near the intersection of Cedar Street and Highway 79. Luckily, none of the forty-nine children and seven caretakers sustained injuries as they were in another building at the time the tractor trailer smashed into the sanctuary.
However, five people from six different vehicles involved in the accident sustained injuries, and two of these individuals were taken to area hospitals. One of the victims was the daycare director/church pastor who was sitting in her parked car outside at the time of the accident.
