Two Individuals Sustain Injuries in Head On Collision on Brownsville Road in Powder Springs

Powder Springs, GA – according to, two people were injured in a head on collision on Brownville Road located close to Power Springs, Georgia.*

One individual was operating a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer, which was heading northbound on Brownsville Road close to Hill Road at around 11:50 a.m., when it went across the center line and hit a 2014 Ram 3500 truck head on as it was heading in a southerly direction, per a spokesperson for the Cobb police.  

The drivers were both pinned in their vehicles resulting from the accident. The Trailblazer, the driver of whom is a forty year old male from Powder Springs, was taken by air ambulance to a local hospital. This individual sustained minor injuries, according to the local police.  The driver of the Ram, a forty nine year old male, was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital, also with minor injuries.
