Free Auto Safety Check

The Georgia Auto Accident Attorneys have partnered with the Safe America Foundation - the metro Atlanta non-profit leader in driver safety - to provide a complimentary pre-holiday auto safety inspection, Saturday, June 29th from 12pm to 4pm at the Sam’s Club located at 310 Fischer Road in Sharpsburg, Georgia. Experts from the Safe America Foundation will be on hand to perform the 10-point inspection, which includes:

  • An oil check
  • A battery check
  • Headlight check
  • Turn signal check
  • A close-up look at tire treads to make sure they have sufficient tread and no puncture wounds
  • A review of windshield wiper blades
  • A look 'under-the-hood' at any belts
  • Review of auto emission inspection sticker (to make sure it's current)
  • Brake light check
  • Brake 'test'

Neglected maintenance can lead to more than just unexpected breakdowns and travel delays. Research indicates that unperformed maintenance is a contributing factor in 1 out of every 20 accidents.

"Driver safety is a priority for our firm, that’s why we’re pleased to sponsor this complimentary car safety check," says Montlick & Associates Chief Executive Officer and Founder, David Montlick. “The inspection is quick and easy and will help you get to your destination more safely this holiday. If your car has not been inspected recently, we urge you to take advantage of this free public service. Avoiding unexpected repairs could also help you save hundreds, or even thousands of dollars in repairs.”
