Multiple Vehicle Accident Causes Shut Down of Roadway in Delray, Florida

DELRAY BEACH, FL – According to an online news report at palmbeachpost.com, three automobiles were involved in an accident early this week during the nighttime hours.  There was a certain amount of individuals who were taken to an area hospital for treatment, however, it is not known how many.*

Three vehicles were in an accident in the nighttime hours on Linton Boulevard between Homewood Boulevard and Germantown Road.  An undisclosed amount of people were transported to a local hospital for treatment. According to the local police, there were numerous individuals who were injured in the crash. The police have not indicated how many.  The roadway was closed for a period of time while law enforcement conducted an investigation of the crash.  

The current identity of the victims and their status is unknown at this time.  The accident remains under investigation by the local police.  There are no further details on the accident.

·Poor weather conditions.  Adverse weather conditions can lead to low visibility where some motorists are not able to adjust to the conditions of the roadway.  This leads drivers to not give themselves enough room between vehicles to respond to weather conditions that can lead to hazardous road conditions.
