Multi-Vehicle Accident Reported in Orangeburg County, South Carolina
ORANGEBURG COUNTY, SC. – According to a news story reported online by live5news.com, a multi-vehicle accident was reported in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. Authorities have released little information regarding the accident at this time, and it is not clear if anyone sustained injuries.*
The crash occurred on the morning of April 13, but the Live 5 report did not specify the time of the accident. South Carolina Highway Patrol and Live 5 state that three vehicles collided on Interstate 95 in Orangeburg County, near mile marker 86. The vehicles included a tractor-trailer and two passenger vehicles. No makes or models were reported.
The cause of the accident had not been determined at the time of the Live 5 report, and Troopers had not provided information about the circumstances of the crash. It is unclear what events might have led to the three vehicles colliding.
