Florida Troopers Investigate Fatal Accident Involving Log Truck and Passenger Car
ORANGE COUNTY, FL – According to an online news article published by www.clickorlando.com, a 59-year-old St. Cloud man has died following an accident between a log truck and a passenger vehicle.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, an accident in Orange County at the intersection of State Route 520 and Taylor Creek Road resulted in the death of a 59-year-old man. Authorities state that the 59-year-old man of St. Cloud was driving his Buick on State Route 520 when a log truck pulled out in front of him from Taylor Creek Road.
The Buick went underneath the log truck upon impact, killing the driver instantly. The driver of the log truck did not sustain any injuries in the accident but may be facing criminal charges for his role in causing the accident. No additional details have been released about the accident as an investigation is ongoing.
