One Person Killed in Vehicle Crash in Fulton County, Georgia

FULTON COUNTY, GA. – According to an online news story posted by, one person was killed in a vehicle crash in Fulton County, Georgia. The South Fulton Police Department has released little information about the accident, and officers have not identified the victim of the crash at this time.* 

It is not clear what time of day the accident occurred, but the news report from 11 Alive states that it happened on February 24 at the intersection of Campbellton Road and Camp Creek Parkway in South Fulton, Georgia. The South Fulton Police Department said that a vehicle of unknown make and model was traveling eastbound on Campbellton Road and collided with a westbound vehicle of unknown make and model at the intersection. 

The report from 11 Alive did not provide any information about how the crash happened or the events that occurred immediately prior to the collision. South Fulton police did not report on whether they suspected one of the drivers crossed the centerline. 

One person was killed in the accident, according to 11 Alive. The news report did not say whether this person was a driver or passenger in one of the vehicles. Police did not release the name of the victim, the news report said. It is not clear if anyone else was injured in the wreck, as this information was not included in the report from 11 Alive.

The South Fulton Police Department is still investigating the collision, and officers had not released additional information at the time of the 11 Alive report’s publishing.
