Two Drivers Injured in Wreck in Miller County, Georgia

MILLER COUNTY, GA. – According to an online news report posted at, two drivers were injured January 24 in a vehicle wreck in miller County, Georgia. Little information about the wreck has been released at this time, and the injured drivers have not been identified.* 

The wreck occurred sometime in the morning on January 24, but it is not clear what time. Reports indicate three vehicles somehow collided near the intersection of Georgia Highway 91 and Willis Cook Road in Miller County. The makes and models of the vehicles were not provided, and no information about the cause or nature of the accident was reported. 

Photos from the scene show at least one tractor-trailer was involved. The cab of the tractor-trailer appears completely crushed, and significant debris is strewn all over the roadway. A large object lies next to tractor-trailer, which appears to be a flatbed trailer, but it is not clear. No other vehicles are pictured. 

Georgia State Patrol and the Miller County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene, and two drivers were reportedly injured. Emergency crews took these two people to a local hospital for treatment. They have not been identified, and their current medical conditions are not known. No one else involved in the crash has been identified, either. 

The Georgia Department of Transportation posted a message to social media alerting the public to the presence of the crash and encouraging drivers to avoid the area. The accident is still under investigation by authorities, and no further information has been released at this time. It is not clear whether anyone has been or will be cited.
