Wreck Shuts Down I-75 in Cobb County, Georgia
COBB COUNTY, GA. – According to an online news report from 11alive.com, a vehicle accident shut down Interstate 75 in Cobb County, Georgia, on November 2. Few details are known about the accident at this time.*
The crash occurred shortly before 7 a.m. on November 2 on I-75 North and Highway 5. It is not yet known how many vehicles or people were involved, and no information about injuries was reported. It is not clear how the accident occurred. Traffic on I-75 North was completely shut down in Cobb County due to the wreck. Drivers in the area were encouraged by officials to try to use alternate routes because of the gridlock.
