At approximately 9:30 p.m. on September 30, three teenage boys were joyriding in a stolen vehicle in southwest Atlanta. At the intersection of Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard and Lee Street, the boys ran a red light, struck two pedestrians, and crashed into another vehicle.
