Four People are Hospitalized in Macon Accident
MACON, GA – April 11, 2018 (13wmaz.com). According to an online news report from 13wmaz.com, four individuals were treated at a local hospital after a logging truck overturned and struck the van causing a head-on collision.*
Per Sargent Linda Howard from the Bibb Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred at approximately 2:00 p.m. at the intersection of Jeffersonville Road, Emery Highway and Ocmulgee E. Boulevard. As a result, the logging truck flipped over and slammed into a back Honda Odyssey. The three individuals in the Honda plus the trucker were taken to a local hospital where they were treated for non-life threatening injuries. Emery Highway was closed for a while due to the accident and was finally reopened. No further details are available on the crash at this time.
