Vehicle Ejections Significantly Increase the Risk of Serious Injury or Death

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has indicated that rollovers involving vehicle ejections constitute the most deadly type of collision. According to a study published in the Annals of Advanced Automotive Medicine, ejections greatly increase the risk of injury or fatality in a rollover crash. Talking to the Insurance Company After an Accident

Insurance companies are for-profit organizations that train their adjusters to resolve claims for the most minimum amount possible to claimants. Some adjusters are also incentivized to delay as much as possible to encourage a lesser settlement amount on behalf of the claimant. Don't sell out for less than your injuries and damages are worth. If you have been involved in an accident that you believe was was caused by someone else's negligence, be sure to consult with one of our knowledgeable attorneys at Montlick & Associates before giving any statements to insurance companies. Do not delay in seeking legal assistance, as you have a minimum amount of time to pursue a claim.
