Three People Were Tragically Killed in a Three Single-Car Accidents in Bamberg County, South Carolina

The two crashes tragically killed three people in two days in the area, the South Carolina Highway Patrol reported.
The first of two fatal accidents occurred last Sunday morning at around 4:30 AM. The crash occurred on Rivers Bridge Road close to Hi Ki Pen Road and six miles west of the city of Ehrhardt in Bamberg County, South Carolina. South Carolina Highway Patrol troopers reported that the 19-year-old victim was operating a Dodge pickup truck when it left the roadway and struck a tree. The accident victim was tragically pronounced deceased at the scene of the single-vehicle crash. His identity was not reported at this time, and the Bamberg County Coroner's Office will provide additional information at a later date.
The other tragic, fatal crash occurred last Sunday morning at around 5 AM. The crash happened along Old Chappell Ferry Road by Boulder Drive in Saluda County, South Carolina. The motor vehicle involved was traveling northbound when the vehicle crossed over the road's center line. The vehicle then drove off of the road, struck a mailbox, and crashed into a culvert. The 32-year-old accident victim was declared dead at the accident scene.
Two days before that accident, another driver was tragically killed in a single-vehicle accident in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. That accident transpired at around 10:15 AM last Friday along Cannon Bridge Road and about three miles south of Orangeburg, South Carolina. The news report states that a Volkswagen Tiguan was heading southbound on Cannon Bridge by Rivermont Road when the SUV drove off of the road, struck a tree, and then drove into a creek. The accident tragically took the life of the driver. Their name was not released to the public at this time.
