Tragic, Fatal Accident at the Intersection of Alabama 273 and Alabama 68 in Leesburg, Georgia

GEORGIA - According to an auto accident news story on coosavalleynews.com reports that a tragic, fatal two-vehicle crash occurred last Saturday afternoon at the intersection of Alabama 273 and Alabama 68.*

One motor vehicle involved in the fatal crash was a motorcycle, and the other vehicle was an SUV, Leesburg Police Chief Jamie Chatman reported. Chief Chatman also reported that another person was seriously injured, and they were airlifted to a hospital trauma unit.

Cherokee County Coroner Paul McDonald later confirmed the tragic fatality. Coroner McDonald stated that the victim's name would be withheld under the victim's next of kin have been notified.
