Tragic, Fatal Drunk Driving Crash in Fulton County, Georgia

Law enforcement authorities arrested the 32-year-old man from Houston after the officers smelled alcohol on the driver. He was arrested for suspicion of drunk driving at the accident scene. As law enforcement officers searched the alleged drunk driver's car, a trooper discovered marijuana as well as an opened can of beer. He has been criminally charged with driving under the influence, two counts of first-degree homicide by vehicle, reckless driving, speeding, possession of marijuana, failure to obey a traffic control device, and violating Georgia's open container law.
