Severe Pedestrian Versus Car Collision in Jefferson, Georgia

GEORGIA - An accident news story published on wgauradio.com states that a man is recovering after being struck by a motor vehicle.*

According to the accident report, the victim was struck by a car that was leaving a Memorial Day service. The victim was, at last report, still hospitalized at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Georgia. He is recovering from broken bones in his face and legs. 

The pedestrian crash is currently under investigation by local law enforcement. The victim, fortunately, survived the car versus pedestrian collision. Law enforcement officials did not state whether or not criminal charges would be filed in the crash.
