Fatal Car Accident Tragically Kills a Man from Calhoun

GEORGIA -  According to an automobile accident news report published on northwestgeorgianews.com, a man from Calhoun was tragically killed Monday in a car accident.*  

The fatal motor vehicle accident transpired at Switch Connector Road and Switch Road.  Georgia Highway Patrol troopers from Post 43 Calhoun reported that the crash occurred on Switch Road north of Switch Connector Road in Gordon County, Georgia.  The accident investigation found that the victim was driving along Switch Road when the driver left the road and collided with a culvert.  The driver's motor vehicle then drove back onto Switch Road and crashed into a tree on the other side of the road.  

Law enforcement stated that the victim was tragically pronounced dead at the accident scene.  According to the victim's obituary, the driver was an honor graduate and worked for a concrete company.  The accident is currently under investigation by law enforcement officials.  No additional information about the crash has been made public at this time.  There were no other accident-related injuries reported.
