Interstate 75 in Florida Has Been Shut Down Following a Motor Vehicle Accident

GEORGIA-FLORIDA BORDER - According to an online accident news report published on usnews.com, a severe motor vehicle accident transpired along a busy north-south highway in Florida.*  

The crash shut down most traffic lanes and multiple injuries were reported by the Suwanee County Fire Rescue.  The Suwanee County Fire Rescue stated that the northbound traffic lanes of Interstate-75 were shut down for several hours due to this severe motor vehicle accident. 

The accident news report also states that several people were injured and the Suwanee County Fire Rescue tweeted about the accident but failed to provide additional accident information.  Suwanee County is one of the counties that borders the states of Florida and Georgia.  The highway is an important traffic route for motorists traveling in and out of Florida and Georgia.

The motor vehicle accident is currently under investigation by law enforcement.
