FedEx Truck Driver Saves Small Child Entrapped in a Wreck Automobile

April 03, 2022

GEORGIA - According to an online news report published on wsbtv.com, a FedEx driver saved a young child's life following a severe auto accident.    The news report states that the FedEx truck driver was ending his shift when he came upon a severe motor vehicles accident.*

The FedEx driver stated that he first witnessed smoke in the distance, and then he saw the two-vehicle crash.

The FedEx driver then stopped his truck and rushed to the motor vehicle accident to render aid to the crash victims.  Upon reaching the crash, he noticed that a small child was entrapped in a vehicle.  The FedEx driver then pulled the vehicle's door open and pulled the young child from their car seat, saving the child from serious injury or death.  The driver for FedEx also attempted to pull a woman from the wreckage in a second vehicle, but he could not help her due to the severity of her car's damage.

The FedEx driver remained at the accident scene until law enforcement and emergency crews arrived at the accident scene.  The crash is currently under investigation.  No additional information about the accident victims' medical conditions has been released.
