Man Fatally Struck By a Car in Southwest Atlanta, Georgia

GEORGIA - A news article published on msn.com, Atlanta Police are investigating a fatal pedestrian crash in southwest Atlanta.*  

The fatal crash occurred last Sunday night at the intersection of Eugenia Street SW and Windsor Street SW.  Law enforcement officers stated that a pedestrian tragically died after the collision.  The pedestrian's name has not been made public at this time.  

According to the Atlanta Police Department's Investigations Unit, the investigation is working on discovering how the collision occurred.  The Atlanta Police Department did not state whether or not the driver would be criminally charged.  The Atlanta Police Department stated that the crash investigation is still in its preliminary stages.
