Woman Injured in Rollover Car Accident in Clarkesville, Georgia

GEORGIA - An accident news article published on nowhabersham.com states that a 68-year-old woman from Mount Airy, Georgia, was severely injured in a rollover accident.*  

The rollover accident occurred on New Liberty Road in Clarkesville, Georgia.  Georgia State Patrol troopers were able to positivity identify the accident victim.  According to the Georgia State Patrol, the victim was operating a late-model Ford Super Duty pickup truck northbound on New Liberty Road.  The victim lost control over her motor vehicle at some point, ran off of the road's shoulder, and flipped over.  The Ford Super Duty pickup truck ended up on its left side and was facing south.

The victim sustained accident-related injuries.  The Habersham Emergency Medical Services transported the victim to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Georgia, to treat her injuries.  The Georgia State Patrol, Habersham County Emergency Services, Clarkesville Fire Department, and Habersham County Sheriff's Office all responded to the accident call. 

The crash is currently under investigation.  No additional accident details were provided at this time.
