Severe Car Accident on Carolina Bays Parkway in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SOUTH CAROLINA - A news story published on wmbfnews.com reports that a severe car accident shut down roads in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.*

According to the news report, the collision occurred last Wednesday afternoon.  The North Myrtle Beach Department of Public Safety reported that the crash occurred along Carolina Bays Parkway at Robert Edge Parkway.  Local officials stated that the car wreck occurred at approximately four in the evening. 

Local officials reported the road was reopened about an hour and a half after the accident was reported to emergency medical services. Details concerning the people injured and the severity of their injuries have not been reported at this time.  Local law enforcement officials are currently investigating the cause of the accident and no statements of criminal charges being filed have been reported.
